We currently accept Discover, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and GrabPay. Please choose your preferred option at checkout. Payments are processed securely.

If Your Card Payment Is Declined

Place a new order

If a payment attempt is declined, you may need to submit a new checkout. Declined payments cannot be “re-activated” automatically.

Check the basics

  • Confirm your card details are correct (including expiry date).
  • Re-enter the security code (CVV) carefully.
  • Your bank may have blocked the transaction—contact them for approval.
  • If possible, try a different card or another payment method (Apple Pay / Google Pay / GrabPay).

Next steps

If your bank requests extra verification (such as 3D Secure or similar authentication), please follow the prompts and contact your bank if verification fails. If you see an error message, email us with a screenshot or the exact message so we can assist quickly.

We take payment security seriously. Your checkout is protected with encryption, and transactions are handled in compliance with industry security standards. For additional verification, your bank may require extra steps during checkout depending on your card and issuer.

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
